Shipping times: All orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days via Royal Mail 48. Shipping estimated time is 2-4 days once dispatched. We currently only ship to mainland UK shipping addresses. ​Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors. Orders over 20 KG will be sent via Parcel Force 48. ​We reserve the right to cancel orders that have incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses if customer has not replied to email requests to amend.
Returns : Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, mistakes do sometimes happen and we are here to resolve them as soon as possible, please notify us within 48 Hours of receiving any item with any issues you may have. We have the right to reject the return. We may require photo proof of any damages. Buyer is responsible for return postage except in circumstances outside the buyers control.
