SHIPPING OPTIONS?

Shipping times:

All orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days via Royal Mail 48.

Shipping estimated time is 2-4 days once dispatched.

We do not offer a 24 Hour postage service as Royal mail does not guarantee its tracked 24 service to be delivered within 24 hour and we aim to please.

We currently only ship to mainland UK shipping addresses.

Our website provider only categorizes it as Ireland and not Northern/Southern and as we don't have a food export license we are unable to ship orders to the Republic of Ireland so in order to achieve this we are unable to send to Ireland.

Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

Orders over 20 KG will be sent via Parcel Force 48.

We reserve the right to cancel orders that have incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses if customer has not replied to email requests to amend.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, mistakes do sometimes happen and we are here to resolve them as soon as possible, please notify us within 48 Hours of receiving any item with any issues you may have.

Please be respectful in your choice or words, We all make mistakes and we are more than happy to fix any issue. Rude or threatening behaviour will not be rewarded with a better outcome.

We have the right to reject the return.

We may require photo proof of any damages.

Buyer is responsible for return postage except in circumstances outside of the buyers control.
